Introducing Paperless University Account Requests

The Help Desk is happy to announce University account requests have been migrated from paper to electronic form via Help Desk Self Service.

For new accounts, existing account changes, or deletion requests, please log in to Help Desk Self Service, click “Open a Request Now!” at upper-right, and fill out the requested information.

    The Help Desk is doing its part to make the University more efficient and reduce costs.

    The new form will also save money by for the University because the request creator won’t print and fax the account request to the Help Desk (means most account requests were printed twice). Depending on a requested accounts the paperwork for an individual account request could add up to 10 to 12 printed pages. It also speed the data entry portion of the account request.

    It does also supports drive to make the University’s practices more sustainable for the environment.
